These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pathfinder, a product of Upscalebd Ltd. ("Upscalebd," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pathfinder.

Pathfinder is a career-guidance platform that provides AI-assisted skill assessments, personalized career recommendations, and CV building and optimization tools. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time as we improve the product.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pathfinder. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Certain features are powered by credits purchased through one-time payments. Prices are shown before checkout and are processed by our third-party payment provider. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the associated credits have been used. Credits have no cash value and may expire or reset when a new plan is purchased.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have permission to share.
• Resell, scrape, or misuse the service or its outputs in violation of these Terms.

Career recommendations, skill scores, and CV suggestions are generated using AI and are provided for guidance only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional career, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.

Pathfinder, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Upscalebd Ltd. and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile and CV data) and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

The platform relies on third-party services (for example, payment processing and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upscalebd Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or profit arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Pathfinder at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users, Upscalebd, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006 and the Digital Security Act, 2018, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
